RingCentral Phone Tutorials

Overview:

This document will help you navigate to the RingCentral End-User Training site. You will also find the Poly Edge E220 Quick Guide Document in the attachment section of this KBA

Section Header

  1. Navigate to RingCentral University
     
  2. Select the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the website
     
  3. Type in Email address in the Email text box and select the Next button
     
  4. Select the RingEX Users box
     
  5. Select the Making calls box
     
  6. Select Phone Call Settings box or Call using the desktop app box
     
  7. Select Get Started button to watch tutorials and read through documentation
     
  8. Select Start button or select individual lessons
