Lost Device Pin or PW on Teacher Samsung Tablets

Summary

A Help Desk Ticket needs to be placed for Lost PIN/Password for Tablets. We will have our team reset the device.

If you find that your Tablet has become locked due to a lost PIN number or Device password, please contact the helpdesk to have your device reset.  Data that is stored on the device at that time will be removed.  The Device pin and or password is Device specific and can not be unlocked by any other means.
