Midland Public Schools Technology Support Technicians are no longer assigned to specific high schools or feeder school groups. Instead, both Support Technicians take and process support tickets across all district locations based on ticket priority.
On-Site Expectations
Support Technicians are assigned work through our Service Management System, TeamDynamix (TDX). It is very important that a ticket be entered prior to work beginning.
