First, sign up for an Educator Account here:

The welcome email from Intuit will contain instructions for granting student access.
QuickBooks Desktop
If you still want to have QuickBooks Desktop installed in your lab, you will need to request a license from Intuit here:
https://www.intuit.com/partners/education-program/products/quickbooks/educator-qbdt-signup/
Each school requires a separate license, but that license can be used to install the software on up to 500 computers.
After you have obtained a license for QuickBooks Desktop, please open a ticket to have it installed in your lab:
