A service request is a request for information or advice or a request for a change or an enhancement. An example of a service request would be a request to reset a password or to restore a file from backup.

An incident is when something is broken or not working correctly.

Monday         7:00 am - 4:30pm
Tuesday         7:00 am - 4:30pm
Wednesday         7:00 am - 4:30pm
Thursday         7:00 am - 4:30pm
Friday   7:00 am - 4:30pm

Hours may vary during holidays and breaks.
