Why am I getting not getting the Superintendent Monday Communiqué or other District Communications?

You may want to check your settings for your Gmail account. Go into your email, select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the window and then select See All Settings. Under the Inbox tab, if the Inbox Type is set to default, make sure the Category checkboxes are all unchecked (except for the Primary checkbox, that checkbox cannot be unchecked)
