Overview


This service allows customers to submit requests related to Malware software, Phishing and other IT security requests or threats.

The Technology Department is very concerned about security related issues and these are our highest priority issues. Please contact us right away if you suspect there has been a security issue. 

Information Required


Please provide the following information in this request form:

  • Preferred contact method

  • Preferred time frame to best contact you

  • As much information as possible, such as the following

    • Time frame the incident occurred

    • Any emails or other communications

    • Was anything of personal nature given to the attackers

IT Staff Responsible for Service


Level 1 - Help Desk

  • Take or Triage initial call and gather as much information as possible.
  • Categorize, prioritize and escalate the ticket to GRP - System Engineer.
  • The anticipated priority for the ticket is either High or Emergency.
  • Update the ticket comments as needed.

Level 2 - System Engineer

  • Take immediate steps to stop and/or isolate the threat.
  • Follow industry, State and Federal standards and practices.
  • Update ticket and document everything as the incident progresses.
