Click on the three vertical dot menu icon in the upper right corner of your Google Chrome window.
Click on the More Tools menu option.
In the menu that appears, click on Clear Browsing Data.
In the dialog box that opens, change the Time Range drop down to All Time.
Make sure Browsing History and Cookies and Other Site Data boxes are both unchecked.
Make sure the Cached Images and Files box is checked and then click the Clear Data button.
