Problem:
When attempting to log into Illuminate by selecting the Google button, Illuminate produces an error, redirects to another screen, or redirects back to the login screen.
Solution:
Deleting Illuminate Cookies usually solves the issue.
- From the Illuminate login screen, choose the padlock icon in the address bar.
- Select Cookies (x in use).
- Select the auth.illuminate.com Cookie
- Select the Remove button.

- Select the Done button and try logging in again.
Note: It's okay to remove all Illuminate Cookies.
