Login Issues with Illuminate


When attempting to log into Illuminate by selecting the Google button, Illuminate produces an error, redirects to another screen, or redirects back to the login screen.


Deleting Illuminate Cookies usually solves the issue.

  1. From the Illuminate login screen, choose the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Cookies (x in use).

  1. Select the auth.illuminate.com Cookie
  2. Select the Remove button.

3. auth.illuminateed.com, 4. Remove text item

  1. Select the Done button and try logging in again.

Note: It's okay to remove all Illuminate Cookies.
