1. Log into the chromebook and open the camera app with the document camera plugged in

2. The camera may default to the document camera, but there is a chance that it may not. Click the two arrows around a circle in the corner to switch cameras if needed
3. Right-click on the camera image, and click on "show all controls"

4. This will bring up a media player style control bar at the bottom, and click on the square button next to the three dots, and the camera image will take up the full screen

5. Press Esc to get out of full-screen mode
