Overview:
This Article covers how to access the responses parents are able to leave within the InTouch Messaging system. Target audience for this article is the Building Main office staff.
Accessing Parent Responses to Attendance Calls in InTouch
- Log in to InTouch with the Building Account at the Edulink InTouch Web Portal.
- Click on the Reports Button at the top of the page.
- Select Responses in the drop down.
- Select the Attend - *** report in the Notification Name drop down.
- Optional: Change the Beginning Date to the desired first day to check. (This defaults to the last day the report was run)
- Optional: Change the Ending Date to the desired end day to check. (This defaults to the last day the report was run)
- Click the Change Date button.
- Click on the Play Icon under the response to hear the Message.
- Alternatively you can click the Download button to download and save the message before playing it.
- Repeat Step 8 and/or Step 9 for each.
