Pairing Your Zone 300 Wireless Headset to a Windows Computer

1. Charge the Headset: Make sure your headset is fully charged before you begin.

2. Power On: Press the power button on the left earpiece. This is the side with the microphone attached.

3. Initiate Connection:

   • A "Connect" notification should appear in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click Connect.

• If the notification doesn't appear, go to your system tray (bottom right of the screen) and click the arrow next to the Bluetooth symbol.

4. Find the Device:

   • In the next window, look for "Zone 300" under "New devices."

   • Troubleshooting: If you don't see it, double-check that your headset is powered on and in pairing mode.

5. Pair and Connect:

   • Click on Zone 300 to begin pairing.

   • Once the pairing is complete, your headset is ready to use. 

     

How to Disconnect or Remove the Headset

Disconnect

1. Go back to the Bluetooth menu (using the same steps from Step 3).

2. Select Zone 300 and click "Disconnect."

Remove

1. From the Bluetooth menu, click "More Bluetooth Settings" at the bottom.

2. A new window will open. Find the Zone 300 device, click the three dots in the top right corner of its box, and select "Remove Device."
