Pixelated Text on Google Chrome

The following instructions are for help desk technicians to remove the pixelation from the screen of a staff device in Google Chrome. 

• remote control the employee's computer
• go to "chrome://flags"
• reset chrome to defaults
• restart the device
• log in as yourself
• control panel -> system -> advanced system settings -> performance -> selected adjust for best performance
• open command prompt as administrator
  • enter "powercfg /hibernate off"
  • enter "gpupdate /target:computer /sync /boot"
  • enter "shutdown /r /t 0"
