Student Chromebook Incident

Overview


This service allows customers to submit requests related to Student Chromebook issues.  This includes but is not limited any physical damage, camera or microphone not working, software related issues or power charger issues.  

For Virtual Students devices can be delivered to the Administration Center during the following hours - 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday 

 

Information Required


Please provide the following information in this request form:

  • Preferred contact method

  • Preferred time frame to best contact you

  • Student ID number and Asset tag of the device that is having the issue

  • Note the location where the device can be picked up from or if you are planning to bring it to Administration Center
